Program Overview
This comprehensive coaching program is comprised of 3 public workshops and 7 private one to one coaching sessions, all with the focus of developing the key traits and skills that make a great leader. Throughout the program your employee will work with one of our expert coaches to identify their unique needs and desired outcomes, and then set out an action plan to work towards their desired success. All the while we will unpack the tools and principles successful leaders use to build effective teams and organizations.
WORKSHOPS:
Upon enrollment in FASTTRACK, participants will be registered for our Mastery Workshop Series. This slate of 3 workshops has a specific focus for each: Communication, Conflict Resolution and Change Management. Furthermore, each workshop can be delivered both live or virtually (webinar).
Each workshop is 2 hours in length (1.5 for webinar) and contains a blend of teaching techniques. These include coaching, diagnostics and activation to ensure a complete learning experience. Click HERE to learn more about our Mastery Workshop Series!
COACHING:
In addition to our Mastery Workshop Series, FASTTRACK participants will receive 7 one-hour coaching sessions from one of our leadership coaches. These sessions are conducted on a bi-weekly format. Not only will these sessions reinforce the content delivered in our workshop series, but we will also craft a personalized action plan that is tailored to the individual’s unique needs and desired outcomes. This ensures that our coaching is delivered in a way that fits each participant.
